From our Auction Listings page, click the access button to be taken to our online auction site with HiBid.com. Once on the site, click on the title of the auction you wish to register for and then click on "Register to Bid".
Previously Registered: If you are a returning customer click "Log In" and then enter your bidder name or email address followed by your password. If you have forgotten your password there is a "Reset Your Password" link. Next, agree to our pickup and terms and conditions and then Submit. You are ready to bid.
New Customer If you are a new customer you will need to click on "Sign Up" and then start by by entering your email address, then "Continue". The HiBid system will send a 6 digit code to the email address used. Enter the code to verify the email address. Next, create a password and then click "Agree and Create Account". Please keep in mind that the email address and password used will be used for all future auction registrations. Fill in the requested personal information (name, phone number, address) on the next page and then you will need to enter your credit card info. Click Next and then you will need to agree to the Pickup and Terms before submitting. You are now successfully registered in the HiBid database and you will be able to register for any future Fulsom Auctions online auction.
Once you are registered, bidding is quite simple. Each available lot will be be displayed on the screen. The current high bid, number of bids and time remaining will be shown below the lot photo and then a button showing the next incremental bid. After clicking on "Bid..." you have two options. First, you can leave the next default bid in place and click "Confirm Bid". Secondly, you can set a max bid which is the most you would pay for the lot. The system will bid on your behalf to that amount if someone else bids against you on the item. If you are the high bidder on the item it will turn green to notify you. If you are outbid on an item that you have previously bid on it will turn red to let you know.
If you are the winning bidder for an item, you will will be charged for the lot plus buyer's premium and applicable taxes. The credit card you registered with with be processed at the conclusion of the auction. You will receive a paid receipt, generally within 2 hours of auction close.
