We provide contract appraisals for estate or business liquidations. We will meet with individuals interested in having an auction to assess the items for sale, the feasibility of either an online or auction as well as our rates and terms. In the end we work with the client to ensure that specific dates are set and they are comfortable with the process.
Our staff will be on site at your location to catalogue your merchandise by lot and will photograph each lot to provide the most detail possible to the online buyer. All lots are tagged for organization.
We work directly with our online auction platform provider to conduct the auction based on the dates and terms set out by you.
We take care of all auction advertising and promotion using print media, email marketing and online marketing. We target specific interest groups depending on the merchandise for sale. if you have a specific interest group you would like to have targeted, we will work with you.
After the online auction has closed, our staff will be on site for the scheduled pickup date to ensure that buyers receive the correct merchandise and everyone is satisfied with their experience.
We take care of all auction invoicing, payment and settlement. The client has nothing to do other than to collect a cheque for the proceeds after the auction has concluded.
